Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 egg
- 225g mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2L oil for deep frying
- 350g pork sausage, casings removed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley, crushed
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 125g dried breadcrumbs
